You need to know this:
This site is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. I’m not here to diagnose, fix or otherwise provide professional advice for your Volvo XC90. I do not warranty any information contained within this site. Any information used from this site is used at your own risk. You should always consult with a qualified technician on any repair. You assume all liability otherwise.
I’m also not here to offer legal advice. If you do something iffy, it’s on you. “Forgot” to declare $800 worth of Volvo parts as your crossed into Canada? Sorry. Know you limit, import within it. Did you make a modification to your XC90 that renders it non-street legal. Sorry, can’t help you.
There are some MAJOR difference between models of XC90s. With five different engines (5-, 6- and 8-cylinder…some with a turbo or two) and 5 or 7 seat models, there are lots of little nuances that might make your situation different. This site is geared toward the 2004, 2.5T XC90 with 7 seats.
There are also some MAJOR DIFFERENCES between the years of all the XC90s. I own a 2004. I can’t promise that anything on my site will apply to a 2007, et al. Do you research. If you own any other vehicle, please note that the information in this website may, by some stroke of luck, work for you, but that would only be by chance.
